Benoît Chavanne is the founder and manager of Hubris. After graduating in literature studies and teaching philosophy for 5 years, he decides to pursue and professionalise his passion for wine, the influence of flavours and the search for refinement in the oenological experience.
Qualified from the Université du Vin de Suze la Rousse as "Sommelier-Conseil" ®, he develops via Hubris his hedonist conception of the oenological experience, as an act of pleasure, knowledge and refinement.

Hubris Sommeliers are all qualified as “Sommelier-Conseil”® from Université du Vin, passionate about wine and with a technical qualification recognised by a state diploma certificate.

The Events and Commercial teams are composed of dynamic and proactive individuals used to deliver exclusive made to measure service.
